本校現階段針對短期來臺實習生、短期交流(非交換生)，未收取行政管理費、學雜費等，故無相關的補助。邀請單位需負責學生來臺前相關文件繳交、來臺後交通及生活協助等，並於申請前了解下列的條件，循校內程序申請：
【來臺期間Total length of stay】
以不超過六個月為原則。No longer than six months.
【須自付下列費用Payments
】
1. 來回機票費Round-trip flight tickets
2. 來臺必要證件及簽證費用 the expense for travel identification (ex. passport) and visa
3. 在臺期間保險費 (NTD$500/月)-若持海外理賠險含醫療加意外，涵蓋在臺期間可免在台加保 Insurance expense (NTD$500/month) – if you have already bought insurance at home country which able to cover the term in Taiwan and medical bills happened in Taiwan, please bring the document with you.
4. 住宿費(須向宿舍保留床位)，費用以宿舍提供為準Dormitory fee
5. 在臺期間生活費Living expense
6. 其他來臺衍生的費用 Other expenses
